Join us at DGCAKES Cake Academy for a fun, hands-on Mini Cakes Baking & Decorating Class.

Our Olive Bakers will learn how to bake their own delicious mini cakes from scratch before getting creative with decorating. They'll learn how to finish their cakes with ganache drizzles and a variety of delicious toppings.

What our Olive Bakers will learn:

• How to measure and prepare ingredients correctly
• How to make and bake mini cakes from scratch
• Practical baking techniques
• How to prepare their mini cakes for decorating
• How to drizzle cakes with ganache
• How to add and arrange toppings for a beautiful finish
• Creative decorating and presentation skills

Each baker will create their own decorated mini cakes to take home and enjoy.

All ingredients, decorating materials and equipment required during the class will be provided.
