Join us at DGCAKES Cake Academy for a fun, hands-on Cupcake & Buttercream Decorating Class where our Olive Bakers will develop their creativity and learn practical decorating skills.

During the class, children will learn how to colour buttercream and use different piping nozzles and techniques to create a variety of beautiful designs on cupcakes.

What our Olive Bakers will learn:

• How to colour buttercream
• How to prepare buttercream for piping
• How to fill and handle a piping bag
• How to use different piping nozzles
• How to pipe flowers
• How to pipe stars
• How to create grass effects
• How to create other decorative piping shapes and finishes
• How to combine colours, piping and decorations to create beautifully finished cupcakes

Each child will decorate their own cupcakes to take home and enjoy.

All cupcakes, buttercream, decorating materials and equipment required during the class will be provided.
