Join us at DGCAKES Cake Academy for a hands-on Mini Cakes Baking & Decorating Class designed for our teenage bakers.

Our Honey Bakers will learn how to bake delicious mini cakes from scratch before transforming them with ganache drizzles and a variety of toppings.

What our Honey Bakers will learn:

• How to accurately measure and prepare ingredients
• How to make and bake mini cakes from scratch
• Practical baking techniques
• How to prepare mini cakes for decorating
• How to drizzle cakes neatly with ganache
• How to select, arrange and add toppings
• Creative finishing and presentation techniques

Each baker will create their own beautifully decorated mini cakes to take home and enjoy.

All ingredients, decorating materials and equipment required during the class will be provided.
