Join us at DGCAKES Cake Academy for a hands-on Ganache Decorating Class, where our Honey Bakers will develop creative decorating skills using ganache.

What our Honey Bakers will learn:

• How to colour ganache
• How to prepare ganache to the right consistency for decorating
• How to correctly fill and handle a piping bag
• How to use different piping nozzles
• How to pipe flowers
• How to pipe stars
• How to create grass effects
• How to create other decorative shapes and finishes
• How to combine different colours and piping techniques to create beautiful designs

Each baker will create their own decorated treats to take home and enjoy.

All ganache, decorating materials and equipment required during the class will be provided.
