Join us at DGCAKES Cake Academy for a hands-on Buttercream Decorating Class designed for our teenage bakers.

Our Honey Bakers will learn how to colour buttercream and develop practical piping skills using different piping nozzles to create a variety of decorative designs.

What our Honey Bakers will learn:

• How to colour buttercream
• How to prepare buttercream for piping
• How to correctly fill and handle a piping bag
• How to use different piping nozzles
• How to pipe flowers
• How to pipe stars
• How to create grass effects
• How to create other decorative piping shapes and finishes
• How to combine colours and piping techniques to create beautifully decorated cupcakes

Each baker will decorate their own cupcakes to take home and enjoy.

All cupcakes, buttercream, decorating materials and equipment required during the class will be provided.
